Blooms are the most basic currency in Nifty Island and can be earned from a variety of sources. They are mainly spent on:

• Bloom Gacha and Premium Gacha spins (see The Gachas)
• Unlocks such as new islands, island upgrades, mobility upgrades, etc.

Earning Blooms

To spin the Bloom Gacha and the Premium Gacha, you’ll need some blooms! There are several ways to earn blooms:

• Play playground games with others or solo to earn blooms. All games can reward blooms, but Premium Games give a daily multiplier of up to 6x blooms.
• Fish on eligible islands and earn blooms by selling fish to the merchant at any campfire. You can buy a basic rod at a campfire to start, and unlock better rods as you level up your fishing skill to catch fish that earn more blooms.
• Wager blooms on wagering games for a chance to win more.
• Host players on your island and you will earn blooms for visits, play time, game earnings, and more.
• Complete daily challenges and the weekly challenge to earn regularly.

Premium Games are games that have been upvoted by trusted players by giving stars and have reached premium status, and are denoted with a Premium Star.

Boosts

To maximize earnings, players can deploy a boost on an island to activate a temporary bloom multiplier for a certain activity. Some can be purchased at the campfire and some can be purchased online.

• Bloom Boosts multiply blooms earned from playground games.
• Bait adds rarer and more valuable fish to an island’s water.
• XP Boosts do not boost blooms directly, but can be used to level up and boost your earning potential.

Amenities

When viewing an island on the map, the amenities enabled on that island show up as icons below the island. Use these to determine your next stop on your quest to find rewards.
